Music therapy, led by you

Music therapy isn't music lessons. It's a registered allied health practice that uses music to support real therapeutic goals: regulation, connection, confidence and self-compassion. You don't need any musical experience.

Adolescents

Young people building a sense of self, working through distress, or finding their footing. Music therapy creates a low-pressure space to practice individuation, regulation and self-compassion.

Men's mental health

Music can be a way in when words feel like too much. Beat making and songwriting open the door to reflection and connection without the pressure to perform.

People living with disability

Person-centred music therapy for people of all ages with disability, funded through eligible NDIS plans. The work meets you where you are and follows your lead.

What a session can include

Beat making and production
Songwriting and lyrics
Recording your own music
Singing and listening together
Playing instruments (no skill needed)
Talking, reflecting, and just connecting

Funded through the NDIS

Dave is an NDIS-approved provider. Music therapy can be funded through eligible NDIS plans, most commonly under Capacity Building supports. Not sure how it fits your plan? Reach out and we'll talk it through, no pressure.

How to get started

  1. 01

    Reach out

Email or call for a relaxed chat about what you're looking for and whether music therapy is a good fit.

  2. 02

    Plan it together

We talk through goals, NDIS funding if relevant, and what sessions could look like for you.

  3. 03

    Start playing

Client-led sessions begin: safe, playful, and shaped around you, not a diagnosis.
